This 48-year-old patient was bothered by her under-eye bags that she felt made her look tired and much older. Dr. Wise performed a transconjunctival lower blepharoplasty where he was able to reduce her under eye bags and dark circles, therefore achieving a more well-rested and natural look. Her after photos were taken 2 months post-op and she is very pleased with the reduction in puffiness in her lower eyelids.
