This 37-year-old patient was eager to eliminate the excess fat beneath her recessed chin. To address this, Dr. Wise performed a submentoplasty, or deep neck lift, to contour and enhance her profile definition. Additionally, a chin implant was placed to add dimension to her face. 3 months later, her after photos were taken and her facial profile has significantly improved.
