With the desire to rejuvenate her facial aesthetic, this 61-year-old patient received a deep plane facelift combined with a lip lift. The deep plane facelift was performed to address more profound signs of aging, and to sculpt the lower half of her jawline and face. A lip lift was also performed to shorten the distance between her upper lip and nose, enhancing the shape and volume of her lips. Her after photos were taken 3 months post-op.
