At 23 years old, this patient came to the Wise Center for Plastic Surgery to consult with Dr. Wise about her counter-rotated dorsal hump and projected bulbous tip. To help her achieve the nose she always wanted, he performed a rhinoplasty and tip-plasty procedure at our joint commission-accredited surgical facility. Our patient's after photos are shown 2 months post-op, and she couldn't be happier with her new nose.
