This 18-year-old patient was unhappy with the appearance of her nose, specifically the width and shape of her bridge, as well as its protrusion and drooping. In order to fix this, Dr. Wise performed a rhinoplasty and tip plasty, resulting in a more narrow shape and thinner tip. 2 months post-op and she is very happy with her results.
